When is the Texas State Forest Festival?
Wednesday, September 19 through Sunday, September 23, 2012.
What are the hours?
Wednesday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm
Thursday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm
Friday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 10:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am - 5:00pm
How much are tickets to the Festival?
Tickets are $6 at the gate; Children 3 & Under are FREE.
Pre-sale tickets are available at participating Brookshire Brothers or online at TexasStateForestFestival.com/Tickets-and-Deals.aspx for $5.00.
Tickets are good for any day of the festival. No rainchecks. No refunds.
Where is the Festival located?
The Texas State Forest Festival is held at the George H. Henderson Jr. Expo Center in Lufkin.

When is the Carnival?
Wednesday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm

How much are Carnival wristbands?
Wednesday: $20 ($5 OFF if you bring 3 canned goods) - sponsored by KTRE
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: $20
Where is the Carnival located?
You must enter through the Texas State Forest Festival gates to access the Carnival, which is located in the side parking lot of the Expo Center.
Where can I buy wristbands for the Carnival?
Purchase wristbands on the Carnival grounds inside the Forest Festival.
Are there any discounts for the Carnival?
Yes, Thursday night is $1 per ride night at the Carnival.
General Questions
Where do I park?
In the main parking lot of the Expo Center, in the back parking lot (attendants will guide you), or on the road just past the Expo Center next to the Ellen Trout Zoo.
Is there an event map?

How do I sign up to be a volunteer?
Visit the "Get Involved" tab at the top of the page to register as a volunteer today! You'll receive a free Forest Festival t-shirt and gain free entry to the event after your shift.
Can I bring my pet with me?
No pets are allowed on the Festival and/or Carnival grounds.
Can I smoke at the Festival?
No smoking allowed on the Festival and/or Carnival grounds.
